How kellymarkproperty.com collects and uses information.
What data we collect and why
kellymarkproperty.com has no user accounts — there is no login or registration required to browse the site or use any of its tools. We do not ask for your name, address, or any personally identifying information through normal browsing of the site.
If you accept cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to collect analytics data — including device identifiers, IP address, page views, clicks, and browsing behaviour — so we can understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through an enquiry form (for example, to ask about a listing or request a valuation), we receive whatever personal information you choose to provide — such as your name, phone number, and email address. This is used only to respond to your enquiry and to provide our property advisory services.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. When you first visit the site, you will be asked to accept or decline analytics cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies will be set. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
Third-party services and overseas transfers
If you accept cookies, analytics data is processed by Microsoft Clarity on Microsoft's servers, which may be located outside Singapore. Microsoft maintains data protection standards comparable to the PDPA. For details, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the Clarity privacy overview.
This site is served through Cloudflare, which automatically collects standard connection data — including IP addresses, browser types, and referring URLs — as a functional requirement of operating its network. This data is used by Cloudflare for security (e.g. blocking malicious traffic) and performance. We do not control or access this data directly. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.
Enquiries submitted through the site are handled by Kelly Yu and Mark Yu as registered salespersons under ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not sell or rent your data to any other third party.
Data retention
Analytics data is retained according to Microsoft Clarity's own retention policy, which you can review in their privacy statement. Enquiry details you send us — such as contact information from a listing or valuation enquiry — are retained for as long as needed to provide our services, follow up on your property needs, and maintain business records, unless you request deletion (see "Your rights" below).
Security
kellymarkproperty.com is served over HTTPS via Cloudflare. We do not operate a public-facing database of user data.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to withdraw consent for data collection at any time, and to request access to or correction of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the details below.
